Molded 10 & 12" Pressure Fittings

Molded 10 & 12" Pressure fittings are now manufactured by Colonial in PVC 40, PVC 80 and CPVC 80, completing the range of sizes needed for large industrial and commercial projects.

Brass Transition Union

For proper transition from metal to plastic, Colonial now offers Brass FPT end pieces for PVC Sch 40 unions, and Stainless Steel FPT end pieces for PVC & CPVC Sch 80 Unions. Solvent weld thermoplastic pipe into the socket of a thermoplastic union. Use the appropriate sized metal FPT end piece on the opposite side to install male thread metal pipe, nipple, or fitting. Complete union assembly.

8" Butterfly

8" Butterfly Valve is offered with PVC Body and EPDM seals. Dri-Shaft^tm Technology means that only the disc, body and seals come in contact with the fluid stream, not the stainless steel stem/shaft. Single offset disc/Class 150. Design/Bolt pattern meets ANSI,DIN,and AWWA dimensional standards. Low turning torque compared with other valves of its size. ABS lever handle comes complete with built-in lock out feature.

Valves with Color Handles

In many industrial or irrigation applications, it is beneficial to employ a simple, yet reliable method of identifying one pipeline from another. In addition to marking the pipe or valves, a color-code method can be implemented. Colonial's Color replacement handles are available for 1/2 -2" True Union and Super C Compact Ball Valves. 

Valves with Round Handles

Round handles are offered for 1/2 - 1" True Union and Super C Ball Valves. Since the Open/Close Torque on these small diameter valves is low, the round handles are offered to prevent accidental movement of the handle from the bump of an arm or the catch of a pant leg.
